Arsenal are interested in Marouane FellainiMarouane Fellaini wants to join Arsenal’s £100,000-per-week club as the Gunners contemplate another big-money summer swoop.
With Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain on the verge of joining in a £22million move, the Gunners will now focus on strengthening their midfield.
Fellaini has emerged as a strong candidate in Arsene Wenger’s search for a midfielder, but the huge cost of the move has placed question marks over the deal.
The 25-year-old, who currently earns in the region of £75,000-per-week at Everton, wants a hefty increase on his current weekly wage.
Meanwhile, in other Everton FC transfer news, French Under 19 international Lenny Nangis claims the Blues are monitoring his situation as Everton chase Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony.
