Everton FC have been handed a home tie against Stevenage in the second round of the Capital One Cup.
The Blues face the League One side in the week commencing August 26 with a date for the tie still to be confirmed.
Stevenage made it through to the second round with a 2-0 win over Ipswich in midweek.
The Blues were drawn against League One opposition in last season’s competition when Leyton Orient came to Goodison Park.
Everton saw off Leyton Orient that night, cruising to a 5-1 with Kevin Mirallas scoring his first goals for the club and young defender Luke Garbutt earning a first senior appearance.
