The current and former Everton FC bosses in cordial greeting during fundraiser

Everton FC boss Roberto Martinez met the man he replaced in the Goodison dugout at a charity ball in Manchester last night.
Martinez and Moyes greeted one another warmly at the ball to raise cash in aid of Muscular Dystrophy at the newly refurbished Mercure Piccadilly Hotel.

The pair occupied the top table together alongside ex-Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan and former Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish.
