Everton FC are interested in 19-year-old Honduras striker Alberth Elis, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper report the striker is quick and powerful and has impressed scouts during recent Under-20 internationals while also making his debut for the full national side.
Elis currently plays for Olimpia, who are top of the Paraguayan league, and has scored three goals in 16 games for the club.
Meanwhile, London.24 are reporting that Arsenal and Everton will battle for Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley.
Cleverley is currently on loan at Aston Villa and is expected to leave Old Trafford in the summer with the Blues’ interest well known.
But Arsene Wenger is also said to be interested in the central midfielder.
And finally, Daily Star reports that Everton captain Phil Jagielka is hoping that Aaron Lennon will make his move to Everton permanent.
The defender has urged him to snub Spurs to join the Blues at the end of the season.
