Latest transfer talk including Leighton Baines, Marouane Fellaini and Luke Shaw
Leighton Baines and Marouane FellainiManchester United are to up their offer for Everton FC pair Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini to £35m according to the Mirror.
It is reported that the next offer will rate Belgian midfielder Fellaini at £20m – still less than the value of his now-expired release clause – and England left-back Baines at £15m.
But United have enquired over the availability of Southampton left-back Luke Shaw as they draw up a list of potential alternatives to Everton’s Leighton Baines, according to the Express.
The Blues remain adamant Baines is not for sale so it seems David Moyes may be widening the net of his search for defenders.
