Everton FC juror Lee Molton: Too many Everton FC players didn’t perform at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-final against Liverpool FC

THE hurt and pain is still there and will take a long time to go.

We are all still gutted after Saturday’s game at Wembley.

The army of Everton fans arrived full of hope and optimism, but the team just did not deliver!

Wembley was full of blue and red with Evertonians doing their team proud by cheering and singing before (Free £25 bet offer) Kick-off.

The team in the second-half showed a lack of belief and positive play though – the dream was over again.

There were too many players that just didn’t perform and the negative tactics made it a day to forget.

It was not just Distin to blame; it was the whole team and Moyes.

The fans need to try and lift themselves for Sunday and the rest of the season, even though there is not much to play for now.

When will the team give us Evertonians something to shout about and win a trophy?

Everton FC juror Mike Drummond: Everton FC blew their chance to get the bragging rights where it matters most

SO we had a chance to put both Premier League derby results firmly in the past and get the bragging rights where it matters most… and we blew it.

You couldn’t fault our first-half – we got a goal, controlled the midfield, Howard had nothing to do and the Liverpool fans were silent.

Take a 15-minute break and it’s Liverpool who get a goal, control the midfield and Jones is left with nothing to do. We just sat back and allowed them to score the final goal, simple as.

I disagree with Phil Neville’s comments that we’re inexperienced in ‘big games’.

Himself, Howard and Gibson have with United. Baines has played at Wembley, Heitinga has played in a World Cup final and Fellaini has played in the Champions League. That’s not inexperienced to me!
