EVERTON FC fan and Member of Parliament for Leigh Andy Burnham is predicting a close game at Wembley – but thinks the Blues will prevail over Liverpool in the FA Cup semi-final.
“I think it will be tight but it’s nice to go into it looking down on them,” he said.
“We’re in great form and the preparation couldn’t have been better. We’re quietly optimistic.
“Their goalkeeper situation is going to spread a bit of panic throughout their ranks. That’s going to work in our favour.”
