Cardiff City’s players produced another spirited display as they held highly-rated Everton to a goalless draw .

It was another triumph for work-rate and discipline as Malky Mackay’s side looked solid despite conceding possession for lengthy periods of the match.

Goalkeeper David Marshall was the official man-of-the-match after one particularly stunning first-half save, but there were strong performances all round.
