Everton FC winger Kevin Mirallas is a target for Ligue 1 club Monaco, according to the Mirror.

After the Blues closed in on Gerard Deulofeu in a £3m deal, speculation strengthened over the future of the Belgian international, with Tottenham also linked with a move.

But it is Monaco who are supposedly watching developments and can offer Mirallas, who also has admirers in Italy, the Champions League stage he wants.

More Everton FC news:

Mirallas has 12 months left on the four-year agreement he signed when he joined from Olympiacos for £6million in 2012.

However boss Roberto Martinez is relaxed about his contract situation because the Blues have the option to extend it by a further year until June 2017.

The Blues, meanwhile, have reportedly opened talks with Augsburg defender Ragnar Klavan.

The Merseysiders want to sign the experienced Estonia international, according to Talksport, to bolster the defensive ranks at Goodison Park and the 29-year-old could be available for around £3m this summer.

German magazine Kicker say the former AZ Alkmaar star was scouted by the Blues last season, in which he made 35 appearances and scored two goals.

And finally, reports abroad have linked the club with a move for Jordan Ayew, younger brother of recent Swansea signing Andre Ayew.

The winger has scored 12 goals in 29 games for Lorient this season, and is now being touted for the Premier League by his agent, Mark McKay.

“Jordan has age and talent on his side,” he said.

“He’s a versatile forward who is quick and gets goals. I took Diafra Sakho to West Ham last season and I rate Jordan in the same bracket. He can have a big impact in England.”
