Everton are watching Bayern Munich’s Mitchell Weiser, according to the Daily Mail, but will face competition from Premier League rivals Stoke.

Weiser, who can play at right back or on the right side of midfield, signed for Bayern from Koln for £500,000 in 2011 and became their youngest ever Bundesliga player at the age of 17.

Now 21, he has found first-team opportunities restricted, despite coming on for the Bundesliga champions on Saturday and providing an assist for Bastian Schweinstiger’s winner.

He wants first team football and the Blues are supposedly leading the way for his signature.

Meanwhile, Guingamp striker Claudio Beauvue has told L’Equipe (via Sport Witness) he wants to leave the Ligue 1 club, with Everton linked with a move.

Beauvue revealed that he has an agreement with the president of Guingamp to leave the Ligue 1 side at the end of the season, and he said that for sure he will be elsewhere in the next season.

The forward confirmed that at the moment there is no preference to either remaining in France or move abroad, but it is the Premier League that attracts him the most.

And finally, the Blues are a host of clubs monitoring Millwall forward Aiden O’Brien, according to Clubcall.

O’Brien has been earning rave reviews after earning a regular run in the side for the Lions in recent weeks.

Everton, along with the likes of West Ham, Crystal Palace and Swansea are claimed to have had O’Brien watched in recent weeks, while several Championship clubs including Bournemouth, Brentford, Ipswich and Nottingham Forest are all monitoring on his situation.
