Everton FC have reportedly told Barcelona that they want to sign two of their youngsters on permanent deals this summer.

According to reports in Spain , the Blues are keen to tie up permanent transfers of both Adama Traore and Sergi Roberto this summer, with Roberto Martinez set to use his contacts in Catalonia to secure the deals.

Both players have been linked with loan moves to Goodison Park in recent months.

Spanish newspaper Sport claim that the club will meet to discuss both players’ futures later this month.

Roberto is a 23-year-old midfielder who has been at Barcelona for the entirety of his career. He’s played 26 games for the first team and is a regular for Barcelona B.

Traore, meanwhile, is a highly rated 19-year-old winger. He’s made just one appearance for the first team at Barcelona, but has represented Spain at youth level.

Everton could move for French midfielder Loic Perrin after reportedly contacting the Saint Etienne star to inform him of their intentions.

Perrin was a winter transfer target for Arsenal and it looked as though the 29-year-old would complete a move to the Emirates in January, but the move fell through when the Gunners signed Gabriel Paulista.

Saint Etienne will be happy to part with the midfielder in the summer, and Perrin is said to be still keen on a move to the Premier League.

Everton are said to have had the player scouted but have yet to speak to Les Verts regarding a transfer.
